Strategic Projects Lead (Studio PMO)

Location: Remote; Toronto GTA, Southeast Asia, or New York

Salary: CA$165K–CA$185K

hirify.global builds data infrastructure for robotics and embodied AI, including global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems.

What you will do

• Build the project management office for studio work, including portfolio visibility, review cadence, and escalation paths.
• Own the most complex studio projects from scoping through delivery, including plans, targets, budgets, and risks.
• Translate customer requirements into delivery plans and anticipate capacity needs.
• Coordinate hardware, engineering, operations, and partner teams around one plan and remove blockers.
• Hire, coach, and lead project managers, reporting status and risks to the Head of Studio weekly.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical program management, management consulting, product operations, or operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing a team.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs to fixed deadlines, ideally involving hardware.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear plans and provide leadership with clear trade-off recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware pilots, computer vision or robotics data collection, or production environments such as film or manufacturing.
• Experience scaling delivery through external vendors or partners.
