Senior Agile Lead (Agile/Lean): Lead agile delivery for Smile’s healthcare interoperability platform, enabling repeatable and scalable product delivery with an accent on cross-team synchronization, value-flow optimization, and reducing delays/blockers. Salary: $140,000–$155,000 a year

What you will do
- Evolve the product delivery framework to support repeatable and scalable delivery patterns.
- Facilitate agile/lean practices for cross-functional technical implementation teams.
- Coach continuous improvement, value-flow optimization, and dependency/handoff management.
- Support roadmap alignment, initiative decomposition, and cross-team synchronization using agile rituals.
- Guide capacity-based planning and proactively remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure working hours are accurately tracked and reported in Netsuite, with billable hours properly recorded.
Requirements
- US-based (Remote US).
- 7+ years of experience in agile delivery in technical/software implementation environments.
- Active agile practitioner certification (CSM, A-CSM, PSM, etc.).
- Experience facilitating delivery involving cloud infrastructure builds, platform implementations, and custom software development.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Healthcare technology experience or familiarity with healthcare interoperability (FHIR standards, clinical integration, EHRs).
