What you will do

• Guide software development teams using the Agile Scrum framework and best practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum activities, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews.
• Coordinate project activities by preparing key documentation and managing schedules, task assignments, and status reporting.
• Manage small-to-medium project teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide detailed project reports and in-depth analysis on risks and issues for strategic partners and leadership.
• Resolve routine issues and conflicts while aligning work with departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of additional relevant professional experience.
• Scrum Master or Agile Certification required.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or other Agile management tools.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (analysis, design, testing).
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
