Agile Project Manager 2- Enterprise Service Delivery

Location: Durant, Oklahoma, United States. Hybrid schedule with 60% onsite and 40% remote work after 90 days.

What you will do

• Guide software development teams through the Agile Scrum framework and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Assess Scrum maturity and introduce techniques that improve team proficiency, effectiveness, and utilization.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, task assignments, status reporting, and cross-functional and steering committee meetings.
• Manage small- to medium-sized projects and project teams, including consultants and third-party vendors.
• Build relationships with team members, department heads, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports covering project status, risks, issues, and analysis for leadership and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related work experience, plus three additional years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of software development roles, IT concepts, strategies, architectures, and technical standards.
• Knowledge of Agile techniques, including user stories, continuous integration, continuous testing, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other Agile management tools, project management, and business analysis.
• Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification is required.
