What you will do
- Manage a book of approximately 300 SMB accounts to drive expansion and retention.
- Execute the full sales process from initial discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Conduct 5+ meetings daily, focusing on upsells, renewals, and platform demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and Salesforce hygiene to forecast outcomes within a 10% margin.
- Handle objections and provide consultative value to Director-level contacts in sales and marketing departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a large book of existing accounts in the SMB segment.
- Must be willing to work from the London office 3 days per week.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas for at least 3 quarters.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and implement AI-driven productivity tools.
