Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to a hub (San Francisco, CA; Denver, CO; or Nashville, TN). Role requires 3+ days per week in-office.
Salary: $164,475–$193,500 USD (San Francisco, CA range).

What you will do
- Drive new business sales and hunt for new logos within the assigned commercial segment.
- Act as a consultative advisor to build deep relationships with HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to deliver shared product roadmaps.
- Navigate complex buying committees and negotiate contracts aligned with global strategy.
- Build and execute comprehensive account plans to identify key decision-makers and revenue opportunities.
- Represent market trends and client needs to internal executive and product teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of B2B SaaS or consumption-based tech sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing new business with large global or multinational customers.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and end-users within the same sales cycle.
- Demonstrated success in a quota-exceeding sales role.
- Must be able to work from a hub location 3+ days per week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
