Location: Must live within commuting distance to Bee Cave, TX. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tue-Thu, remote Mon/Fri.

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume warm outbound calls (min. 50 dials/day) to educate customers.
• Communicate product benefits via phone and email to generate signups for the PartsTech platform.
• Research and pre-qualify leads using Salesforce CRM, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Execute outbound call campaigns to drive platform usage and adoption.
• Document all activities and maintain customer accounts within Salesforce.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle objections.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Must be based in the Austin, TX market (commuting distance to Bee Cave).
• Ability to adhere to a 4-day work week (10 hours per day) with alternating weekends.
