Location: Must live within commuting distance to Bee Cave, TX. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tue-Thu, remote Mon/Fri.

What you will do
- Conduct high-volume warm outbound calls (min. 50 dials/day) to educate customers.
- Communicate product benefits via phone and email to generate signups for the PartsTech platform.
- Research and pre-qualify leads using Salesforce CRM, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Execute outbound call campaigns to drive platform usage and adoption.
- Document all activities and maintain customer accounts within Salesforce.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to handle objections.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent verbal/written communication.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Must be based in the Austin, TX market (commuting distance to Bee Cave).
- Ability to adhere to a 4-day work week (10 hours per day) with alternating weekends.
