What you will do
- Manage a designated book of 75-120 dealer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-person launch meetings, training sessions, and regular account reviews with dealership decision-makers.
- Perform pre-live audits and technical configuration updates to ensure platform functionality.
- Collaborate with internal teams on upsell opportunities and dealership personnel updates.
- Document all client communications and account changes within HubSpot CRM.
- Monitor KPI dashboards to ensure performance expectations are met.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Austin, TX and willing to travel 75% of the time.
- Proven track record in automotive sales with a focus on digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for effective sales management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
