What you will do

  • Manage a designated book of 75-120 dealer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-person launch meetings, training sessions, and regular account reviews with dealership decision-makers.
  • Perform pre-live audits and technical configuration updates to ensure platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on upsell opportunities and dealership personnel updates.
  • Document all client communications and account changes within HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor KPI dashboards to ensure performance expectations are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or near Austin, TX and willing to travel 75% of the time.
  • Proven track record in automotive sales with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for effective sales management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
