TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (AI): Driving full-cycle sales of AI-powered advisory and audit cloud solutions with an accent on consultative selling to CPA firms. Focus on managing multithreaded sales processes, identifying net new SMB opportunities, and building long-term, trust-based partnerships.

Location: Must be based within 50 miles of Salt Lake City or willing to relocate to the US. Role is hybrid/remote (USA).

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (Base) + Equity + Commission.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for target SMB accounts from initial prospecting to contract close.
  • Execute complex, multithreaded sales processes utilizing the MEDDICC methodology.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with executives and practitioners at accounting firms.
  • Present compelling solution walkthroughs based on deep discovery and business needs.
  • Collaborate across internal product, solutions, and marketing teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct regional and national travel (up to 30%) to build business opportunities and network.

Requirements

  • Must be within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah, or willing to relocate to the US.
  • Proven experience in an Account Executive role with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to manage independent full-cycle sales processes for net new logos.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across executive and technical teams.
  • Experience in sales methodology (MEDDICC) and CRM diligence.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

  • Experience selling directly to audit, advisory, or assurance firms.
