Compensation: $300K – $350K OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic national accounts, from prospecting to closing deals exceeding $1M.
  • Lead multi-threaded negotiations with C-suite executives across real estate, construction, and operations departments.
  • Execute account strategies for net new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion within existing national accounts.
  • Build ROI-backed business cases focusing on time-to-open, schedule certainty, and capital efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to refine the commercial GTM playbook.
  • Provide field insights to leadership to shape the enterprise product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing complex deals over $1M.
  • Consistent top-tier performance (top 10% of peers or President's Club attainment).
  • Experience selling to owners, developers, national retailers, or within PropTech and construction-tech.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Sandler.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry conferences.
