What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio.
• Build, optimize, and scale campaigns to exceed KPIs, focusing on ROAS and revenue growth.
• Analyze performance data to uncover insights and guide strategic pivots.
• Lead client calls and strategy sessions as a trusted growth advisor.
• Collaborate with internal creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive retail strategy.
• Mentor junior team members to elevate overall team processes and performance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Expertise in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue or Perpetua.
• Proven success in improving ROAS and surpassing performance goals.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
