Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Own and manage end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio.
- Build, optimize, and scale campaigns to exceed KPIs, focusing on ROAS and revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and guide strategic pivots.
- Lead client calls and strategy sessions as a trusted growth advisor.
- Collaborate with internal creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive retail strategy.
- Mentor junior team members to elevate overall team processes and performance.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
- 2+ years of agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Expertise in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue or Perpetua.
- Proven success in improving ROAS and surpassing performance goals.
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
