Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop digital shelf content strategies aligned to business goals and retailer requirements.
• Build SEO-informed frameworks across PDP copy, ATF imagery, and BTF content.
• Translate client briefs into actionable strategies across Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and other retailer platforms.
• Use keyword and search data to create natural, human-first content and lead insight-to-creative translation.
• Analyze content effectiveness and make data-backed recommendations to improve performance and discoverability.
• Stay current on retailer AI tools and evolving algorithms to evolve strategies and contribute to thought leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading e-commerce content strategy and/or commerce search strategy for retailer platforms.
• Strong ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and share-of-search analysis.
• Experience optimizing discoverability, ranking, visibility, and performance using keywords, taxonomy, and content alignment.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present strategies clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across Search, Creative, and Client teams and leading content/search workstreams.
• Hybrid availability out of Chicago, NY, or Cincinnati.
