What you will do

• Own the full account strategy, growth execution, and P&L with a mandate to deepen the company's footprint.
• Identify and close new business opportunities by developing compelling pitches, proposals, and SOWs.
• Negotiate pricing and engagement structures that balance client value with healthy margins.
• Drive overall client satisfaction by anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.
• Connect client decision-makers with internal capabilities, practice leaders, and technical talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders from VP to C-suite across multiple functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client management or business development within data-driven marketing or analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience focused on the TMT sector, specifically telecommunications and ISP markets.
• Deep understanding of telco competitive dynamics, customer lifecycles, and digital transformation.
• Established network of senior relationships across telecom and ISP organizations.
• Background in Big 4 or top-tier management consulting is strongly preferred.
• Location: Must be based in New York, NY, USA
