Salary: $180K – $200K + Equity

What you will do
- Own day-to-day workstream coordination, system accuracy, and weekly reporting for assigned commercial partnerships.
- Drive partnership growth by focusing on application volume and contribution profit.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the General Manager, including preparation of MBR and QBR materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Risk, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Design and implement new operational processes to improve the team's commercial efficiency.
- Analyze partnership data to identify issues and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations within high-growth tech or financial services.
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify P&L impact and work with complex data sets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive conversations at the executive level.
- Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing urgency in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial operations in payments or financial services.
- Background in unit economics modeling or contribution margin analysis.
- Experience supporting General Managers or senior business leadership.
