What you will do

• Own day-to-day workstream coordination, system accuracy, and weekly reporting for assigned commercial partnerships.
• Drive partnership growth by focusing on application volume and contribution profit.
• Provide analytical and operational support to the General Manager, including preparation of MBR and QBR materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & Risk, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Design and implement new operational processes to improve the team's commercial efficiency.
• Analyze partnership data to identify issues and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations within high-growth tech or financial services.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify P&L impact and work with complex data sets.
• Ability to communicate effectively and drive conversations at the executive level.
• Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing urgency in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with commercial operations in payments or financial services.
• Background in unit economics modeling or contribution margin analysis.
• Experience supporting General Managers or senior business leadership.
