Salary: $157,000 - $235,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead high-impact programs for enterprise AI, data platform modernization, and real-time data capabilities.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple organizations, managing risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, architecture, and security to align strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate governance forums, executive reviews, and prepare strategic progress reports for leadership.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to technical teams to ensure delivery of business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading complex technical programs in software engineering, cloud, or AI.
  • 8+ years of experience with large-scale cross-functional programs using Agile methodologies.
  • 6+ years using Agile work management tools (e.g., Jira) for execution and executive reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence engineering leadership and executives to drive strategic decisions.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Diego, CA, United States.
