What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution and communication of high-stakes cross-functional programs across the entire organization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical roadmaps and tactical schedules for commercial autonomy.
• Align diverse engineering teams and stakeholders through trust-based relationships to unify the organization.
• Analyze requirements with engineering leads to uncover opportunities and accelerate deployment schedules.
• Frame complex technical and resource trade-offs for executive leadership to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design and scale engineering processes and operational frameworks to reduce friction and elevate efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a hands-on engineer in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or technology domains.
• Proven track record of managing the integration of highly complex, multi-domain technical systems.
• Experience presenting to and interacting with executive leadership in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and Waterfall hardware development lifecycles.
• Mastery of TPM tools, including Jira, dependency maps, and roadmapping.
• Must comply with U.S. national security laws, including verification of U.S. person status and citizenship.
