What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional platform initiatives aligned with company goals and architectural direction.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and SRE to define program scope, execution plans, and launch criteria.
• Drive programs in strategic areas including workspace execution, platform runtime, and cloud/hybrid capabilities.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, demos, retrospectives, and dependency reviews.
• Develop and maintain critical program artifacts such as roadmaps, executive dashboards, and RAID logs.
• Champion delivery best practices and mentor other TPMs to scale execution excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or software delivery within cloud or platform-focused environments.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional initiatives intersecting architecture, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, IAM, observability, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Expertise with Jira and Confluence for planning and reporting.
• Must be compliant with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, RBAC, and token-based authentication patterns.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, or AI-enabled product environments.
• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
