What you will do

• Lead modernization of program planning, governance, and delivery processes across Product & Technology.
• Develop and execute a pragmatic tooling strategy that prioritizes business outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflow automation to reduce manual coordination and increase accountability.
• Establish delivery data standards and reporting frameworks to improve portfolio visibility and decision support.
• Drive adoption of standardized ways of working through enablement materials, training, and communities of practice.
• Advise leadership on operational maturity, workflow optimization, and AI-driven delivery mechanisms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record in process optimization, operating model design, or PMO transformation.
• Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and organizational change management.
• Experience establishing delivery metrics, KPIs, and data governance practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and influence skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Diego, CA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with delivery platforms such as Jira, Jira Align, Asana, Monday.com, or ServiceNow.
• Experience using Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation.
• Experience building scalable operating models within large technology organizations.
