Location: Fully remote within Canada

Salary: CAD $128,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and translate business goals into actionable product and engineering initiatives.
• Lead the operational cadence, including planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Develop and improve execution frameworks to strengthen prioritization, dependency management, and risk visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, GTM, customer success, sales, and marketing teams.
• Synthesize complex information into data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for board-level presentations.
• Design and maintain roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, technical program management, or business operations.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and software engineering organizations.
• Experience developing operational frameworks, OKRs, and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning initiatives, or data platform projects.
• PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications.
