What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
• Drive product discovery through user research, interviews, and workflow analysis.
• Manage product roadmaps, balancing technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver impactful software solutions.
• Translate complex healthcare and clinical workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Develop data-driven products, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading software products through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with data-rich products, reporting platforms, or enterprise software.
• Eligibility to work remotely in Canada.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, life sciences, clinical research, or diagnostics.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, or HIPAA.
