What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for an AI-native platform, focusing on agentic systems and LLM-powered workflows.
• Own the product roadmap for AI agents, integrations, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Prioritize high-impact AI use cases using customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate models and define technical requirements for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to deployment and continuous iteration.
• Partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market initiatives and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
• 4+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs and experimentation-driven product iteration.
• Experience with data-informed decision-making and telemetry-based optimization.
• English: Proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the IT channel and Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
• Proficiency in French.
