Manager, Account Management (LegalTech): Leading a team of Account Managers and Team Leads to drive customer retention, growth, and product adoption within the legal AI sector with an accent on scaling processes and AI-first workflows. Focus on optimizing conversion funnels, managing complex customer escalations, and fostering a data-driven culture to maximize customer value.

Location: Hybrid; expectation for local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, or Sydney to be in office at least twice per week.

Salary: $113,500 – $170,300 CAD

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a growing team of Team Leads and Account Managers focused on retention, growth, and product adoption.
  • Build and launch new outreach strategies, playbooks, and AI-first workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Oversee high-level customer escalations, serving as the primary point of contact for resolving major client issues.
  • Own revenue forecasting and pipeline health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve lead sources, expedite customer solutions, and reduce administrative friction.
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and implementing performance management frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience leading both leaders and individual contributors.
  • Proven track record of scaling teams, tools, and workflows within high-velocity SaaS environments.
  • Experience building and deploying cutting-edge AI workflows for Customer Success.
  • Strong foundation in sales fundamentals and data-driven management.
  • Experience managing customer escalations and driving successful outcomes.
  • Must be based in or near one of the hub cities (Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Dublin, London, NYC, Sydney) to meet hybrid requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FinTech or Scaled Success.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar SaaS tools.
  • Track record of success in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
