What you will do

• Drive execution of enterprise-level legal and compliance initiatives across various business lines and geographies.
• Establish operational structure around the intake, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-level requests.
• Build and maintain analytics and KPIs to provide visibility into workload, risk, and key initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory authority submissions and responses to customer audit inquiries.
• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer on budget planning, forecasting, and spend management for outside counsel.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent business training.
• 10-12 years of experience in legal/compliance operations, business operations, or analytics within a complex, regulated organization.
• Strong background in executive reporting and strategic execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
