What you will do

• Establish the global vision, strategy, and operating model for the Compliance Audit & Investigations Program.
• Oversee end-to-end management of global audits and investigations, including triage, risk assessment, and remediation.
• Design and enhance investigation policies, standards, and governance to ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Analyze case data and trends to identify systemic risks and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
• Partner with Legal, HR, and regional leadership to manage complex, high-risk matters and regulatory inquiries.
• Build and lead a high-performing global team of compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• US Juris Doctor (J.D.) or international equivalent degree required.
• 10–15+ years of experience in healthcare law, compliance, or investigations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex business relationships and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
• Must be able to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally.
