What you will do

• Promote genomic diagnostic products to clinicians, focusing on value proposition and patient care goals.
• Identify and close new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
• Navigate complex health systems and collaborate with stakeholders such as Endocrinologists, Pathologists, and Surgeons.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for the Wisconsin area to exceed goals.
• Establish repeatable ordering and collection protocols within medical facilities and hospitals.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to grow the overall testing portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Remote).
• 5-8 years of experience in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or biopharmaceuticals.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in biology, chemistry, or a related science field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals within complex health systems and academic institutions.
• Ability to travel regularly by air or car, including overnight stays.
