What you will do

  • Serve as the main point of contact and internal advocate for clients to improve NPS.
  • Lead strategic reviews to assess performance and execute custom success plans.
  • Track KPIs and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and partner with finance on account health and contracts.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities for account expansion and client success stories.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, client success, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts and improving satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience with strategic planning and tracking KPIs.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Must be located in North Carolina, United States.
