AI-Native Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote, United States only. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, from market and customer research through roadmap delivery and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and manage a 6–12 month roadmap, coordinating dependencies and connecting delivery to adoption, retention, and revenue.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into initiatives, epics, product requirements, and user stories.
• Define product health KPIs, analyze results, and use customer and business signals to guide future priorities.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, competitive analysis, prototyping, communication, and rapid validation of product concepts.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership while managing Product Owners and mentoring Product Managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in a software or SaaS environment and 4+ years in product management with go-to-market experience.
• Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools in a product management workflow, including research, analysis, prototyping, and decision-making.
• Experience driving product strategy across a 6–12 month horizon, with measurable customer and business outcomes and an understanding of packaging and pricing.
• Experience mentoring or guiding Product Owners, Business Analysts, or other product team members and leading cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong Agile, business, revenue, technical, and communication skills, including experience with Jira, networks, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience working with associations or nonprofits.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and development tools such as Claude or Cursor.
