Warehouse IC Specialist (Inventory Control)

Location: Onsite at 5300 Hickory Hill Rd, Memphis, TN 38141; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Seasonal mandatory overtime may be required.

What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and prevent recurring discrepancies with Operations.
• Process inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities according to established protocols.
• Audit location accuracy, slotting integrity, and putaway compliance.
• Work with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, and Operations to resolve inventory issues.

Requirements

• Understanding of inventory control procedures, cycle count programs, and internal controls.
• Experience with RF scanning systems and warehouse management systems.
• High school diploma or GED required; 2–3 years of relevant warehouse or inventory control experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and comfort working independently.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend English; ability to work onsite in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, stand for extended periods, lift 15–50 lbs., work at heights up to 30–40 feet, and operate powered industrial equipment.

Nice to have

• Certified forklift operator qualification or willingness to become certified.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous warehouse or inventory control experience.
