Warehouse Manager (Drones)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; onsite at the manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Oversee inventory, storage, labeling, cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy resolution across warehouse locations.
• Manage ERP transactions, inventory records, BOM-driven stock data, and reporting on stock status, aging, and kitting readiness.
• Coordinate production kitting to deliver complete and traceable component kits according to build schedules.
• Supervise receiving and outbound shipping, including coordination with freight carriers, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse personnel while enforcing safety and maintaining an organized facility.
• Improve warehouse layouts, processes, and workflows in coordination with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Priority, NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
• Experience with production kitting and BOM-based material management.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping and receiving procedures.
• Proven experience managing warehouse staff, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in defence, aerospace, drone, or electronics manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ITAR and EAR export control regulations.
