What you will do

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, including picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, delivery, and truck route planning.
• Coordinate the flow of finished products between Production, the warehouse, and customer deliveries.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, transaction monitoring, discrepancy investigation, and physical inventory support.
• Maintain responsibility for truck fleet and trailer availability, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness.
• Lead approximately 8–10 warehouse and logistics employees, including work assignment, coaching, development, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Promote safe, clean, organized, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations while improving processes and space utilization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including significant warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and transportation functions.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems, including inventory and pick, pack, and ship transactions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to identify and address safety risks.
