What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Trade Marketing Managers to execute joint business plans across the DACH region.
• Build and implement comprehensive Trade Marketing plans tailored to the DACH market and aligned with EU strategies.
• Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key retail partners.
• Execute launch strategies, in-store activations, and online campaigns to increase product awareness and conversions.
• Manage retailer coop budgets to maximize ROI in collaboration with retail partners.
• Optimize POS tools and lead the strategy for Brand Shops and digital merchandising across e-retailer platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven track record of managing, mentoring, and motivating teams.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1+).
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
• Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Frankfurt office on a hybrid basis.
