What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing managers, fostering a culture of support and excellence.
• Own the full DSP marketing scope for new and existing clients, aligning campaigns with business objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and continuously optimize DSP campaigns while staying hands-on with your own accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, shaping advertising strategies and presenting results clearly.
• Drive the evolution of reporting dashboards to improve analysis efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with initial leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, specifically with Amazon DSP and/or The Trade Desk.
• Sharp analytical mind and technical understanding of the programmatic landscape.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Hamburg, Germany.
