What you will do

• Own and scale the end-to-end marketing strategy, including positioning, demand generation, and brand.
• Translate complex audio and AI capabilities into a sharp, technical narrative for developers and technical buyers.
• Design and operate the full B2B pipeline engine, setting targets and instrumenting the funnel.
• Lead developer marketing initiatives, including content, community, and ecosystem presence.
• Grow the marketing team, manage the budget, and hold agencies accountable.
• Instrument and automate marketing workflows using AI tools as a primary operating principle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with full ownership of budget and results.
• Strong intuition for how developers discover and adopt technical tools.
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions at early-stage B2B startups.
• Ability to lead and grow a team while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
• Must be comfortable working in a high-velocity, collaborative environment; remote-first is not supported.
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to show measurable impact on pipeline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Voice AI, speech, audio, or real-time communications.
• Experience supporting fundraising and investor/analyst relations.
