TL;DR
Senior Campaign Manager (Robotics/AI): Designing and driving integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and build pipeline for unmanned systems with an accent on demand generation and brand positioning. Focus on orchestrating global campaign strategies, managing CRM workflows, and analyzing performance KPIs to scale market presence.
Location: Hybrid (Gilching, Germany). Mobile work is available for one flexible day per week.

What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop scalable campaign concepts for a multi-domain product and software portfolio.
- Orchestrate digital and offline channels including email, paid media, social, and ABM.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows using HubSpot for lead nurturing and scoring.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (KPIs, ROI) to derive data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, and international teams to ensure global brand consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in campaign management or demand generation, ideally in B2B tech, defense, or software.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
