Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany) - 3 office days per week

What you will do

• Define and execute growth strategies across the customer funnel aligned with overall business goals and brand equity.
• Lead a multi-million euro acquisition ecosystem covering Paid Social, SEA, SEO, GEO, Affiliate, and Creator Marketing.
• Implement scalable internal processes and AI initiatives to enhance growth velocity and campaign execution.
• Analyze channel performance metrics to maximize ROI and shift budgets dynamically across international markets.
• Refine Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) models and establish measurement frameworks including incrementality testing and MMM.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of senior leaders, embedding a data-driven culture of innovation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, and e-commerce.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing international cross-functional teams and multi-million euro budgets.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and modern measurement frameworks (attribution, MMM).
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Must be based in Munich for a hybrid work setup (3 days in office).
