Salary: $125,000–$174,000 (based on location).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic annual event plan to fuel pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of field marketing programs, including logistics, onsite management, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with sales and partner teams to integrate events into the Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Partner with product marketing to integrate thought leadership messaging into event materials.
  • Measure and report on KPIs, conducting post-event analysis to optimize ROI.
  • Pilot new event types and formats across physical and virtual channels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to work strategically and execute hands-on.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and Google Suite.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Must be able to work from the office 3+ days a week in Denver or San Francisco.
