What you will do

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of data platform and cloud transformation programs from initiation through closure.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, QA, and DevOps.
• Translate client business objectives into structured, milestone‑based delivery plans with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own program health, including scope, budget, resourcing, RAID management, and financial forecasting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders to manage expectations and critical decisions.
• Mentor project managers and evolve internal project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in program or senior project management within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience leading large, multi‑workstream digital, data, or cloud programs.
• Advanced expertise in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of structured delivery models (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
• Must be based in Ontario or Québec, Canada.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with distributed global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Fluency in French.
