TL;DR

Process Improvement Analyst (Materials and Planning): Optimizing and standardizing supply chain and planning processes within an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) manufacturing environment with an accent on operational excellence and digital transformation. Focus on redesigning core supply chain workflows, improving MRP planning strategies, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency.

Location: Anderson, SC, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

  • Analyze, map, and redesign core supply chain and planning processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to eliminate waste and improve operational performance.
  • Optimize MRP planning strategies, reorder parameters, and safety stock settings to minimize shortages.
  • Partner with production planners to improve scheduling accuracy and coordination with engineering releases.
  • Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to champion digital transformation and enhance system functionality.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure planning effectiveness and material availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
  • Experience working in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and/or Configure-to-Order (CTO) manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Infor.
  • Proven success leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available for this role.
