What you will do

• Lead procurement strategy across direct production and indirect spend categories.
• Manage and mentor a team of buyers, overseeing day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Optimize cost, quality, and delivery terms through strategic supplier negotiations.
• Oversee the purchase order lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate procurement activities with engineering, operations, and finance teams.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing or leading a team of procurement professionals.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Must be based in or able to work from Teaneck, NJ.
