What you will do

• Rotate through functional areas including materials planning, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.
• Assume full-time responsibilities within each assigned team during the 12–18 month rotation.
• Lead at least one project per rotation and participate in job shadowing opportunities.
• Complete a professional certification in a relevant supply chain field.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Transition into a permanent role upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• BS degree in Business with a concentration in Supply Chain required.
• Previous experience gained through supply chain internships or related work required.
• Intermediate to advanced competence with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong business, management, and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of Six Sigma.
• SAP Knowledge (Supply Chain).
• Experience with data reporting tools like PowerBI.
