What you will do

• Monitor live campaigns and provide post-launch service to meet contractual obligations.
• Complete campaign performance spreadsheets using ad server and third-party reporting data.
• Prepare delivery summaries and coordinate with Inventory and Ad Operations teams.
• Identify and escalate campaign issues to Planning management.
• Manage account billing and investigate discrepancies with Delivery Operations teams.
• Support Sales Planners, Senior Sales Planners, Supervisors, and Managers.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong mathematical and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple high-level campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, logical thinking, teamwork, and willingness to learn digital media.
