Business Development Hunter (Digital Marketing)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid remote/in-person

Salary: $55,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Prospect for qualified local and regional businesses and generate new business opportunities.
• Present and close customized marketing solution programs across radio, digital, and events.
• Develop advertising presentations and strategic plans aligned with client objectives.
• Project revenue accurately and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales budgets.
• Follow sales management accountabilities and consistently achieve monthly quotas.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in political, ministry, broadcast, or digital sales.
• Strong prospecting, listening, problem-solving, analytical, and business-development skills.
• Strong understanding of local markets, marketing concepts, and digital media.
• Knowledge of search engine marketing, audience and search retargeting, search engine optimization, social media marketing, programmatic display, website development, live chat, and email marketing.
• A college degree is a plus.
