What you will do

• Design and scale pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), transforming unstructured logs into Vector Embeddings.
• Manage and optimize vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate for sub-second retrieval.
• Build knowledge graphs and semantic layers to provide AI agents with critical infrastructure context.
• Implement automated data guardrails to detect noise, bias, and PII before data reaches the model.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure to keep the context window fresh.
• Bridge the gap between raw data sources and technical AI implementation to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Expertise in data mining, data storage, and ETL processes.
• Experience with data pipeline tools like Glue, Databricks, Synapse, or Dataproc.
• Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, DB2) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Nuevo León, Mexico

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud modernization and data modeling.
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer Associate).
• Familiarity with GitHub and Visual Studio.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
