Cognition is an AI research and product company creating Devin, the first AI software engineer.

What you will do

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, from deployment through activation.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customer engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration.
• Implement requested features directly and advocate for customer needs within the internal team.
• Use product instincts to help shape the future product roadmap.

Requirements

• Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in professional or academic pursuits.
• Ability to be self-directed and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience writing and debugging real-world software systems.
• Experience working at an early-stage startup.
