TL;DR
AI Python Engineer (AI): Developing and maintaining Python-based pipeline components for automated document extraction and workflow orchestration with an accent on AI agents and tool integration. Focus on optimizing ingestion, parsing, and validation logic and ensuring the scalability and reliability of the AI platform.
Location: Must be based in Mexico City (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain Python-based pipeline components.
- Implement AI tools, agents, and skills to support automated document extraction and workflow orchestration.
- Optimize ingestion, parsing, validation, and processing logic across the pipeline.
- Integrate the platform with external services including Databricks, Azure, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Debug, test, and evaluate AI-assisted outputs to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align AI tooling with business needs.
Requirements
- Around 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with AI tools, agents, and modern AI application workflows.
- English: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) required.
- Location: Based in Mexico City for hybrid office attendance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Exposure to Databricks, Azure, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MLflow.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications or production-grade automation systems.
- Familiarity with document processing and data pipelines.
