What you will do

• Design and operate customer-facing AI platform services and product features primarily using Python.
• Build and evolve agentic harnesses, including agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, tool execution, and state management.
• Integrate LLM-powered workflows into production systems with a focus on reliability, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Own evaluation, tracing, and observability foundations to detect regressions and improve AI model quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data partners to transform ambiguous AI opportunities into reliable features.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture input, pair programming, code reviews, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
• Strong proficiency with Python in production environments, including APIs and services.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating agentic systems, tool orchestration, or LLM-powered workflows.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, PydanticAI, or CrewAI.
• Experience with MCP, vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI evaluation platforms.
• Business-level English fluency (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Comfort working across a polyglot stack, specifically contributing to PHP and Java services.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working within remote-first, globally distributed teams.
