TL;DR

Experienced Sales Consultant (Recruitment): Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing business relationships with hiring managers to scale talent acquisition with an accent on client development and candidate engagement. Focus on building high-quality pipelines, negotiating offers, and driving revenue through consistent activity.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL (Loop)

Compensation: $45,000 base + uncapped commission ($70k-80k 1st year OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
  • Build a consistent, high-quality candidate pipeline through a proactive and credible approach.
  • Drive conversations and influence decisions to become a trusted growth partner for clients.
  • Utilize market-leading technology, data, and real-time insights to amplify reach and impact.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or sales-driven role.
  • Proven track record of building credibility with both clients and candidates.
  • Experience managing targets, KPIs, and ownership of a recruitment desk.
  • Strong resilience and a commercial mindset to handle the non-linear nature of recruitment.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
