What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across specialist sectors.
- Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals via proactive outreach.
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from initial introductions and interviews to offer negotiation and post-placement support.
- Utilize best-in-class technology and data tools to identify opportunities and track market trends.
- Negotiate agreements and establish yourself as a go-to talent partner for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
- Confidence and clarity in communication with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Proven work ethic demonstrated through sports, internships, or academics.
- High level of resilience and the ability to remain focused despite unpredictable deal outcomes.
- Must be based in Boston.
