What you will do

• Provide technical service and support for instrument maintenance and retrofit installation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with instrument repairs at customer sites.
• Ensure GMP compliance by following established GOP procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete and synchronize daily field service reports and expense reports.
• Manage assigned company assets, including parts inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Adhere to EHS policies for the safe handling of hazardous and infectious materials.

Requirements

• AA Degree in Laboratory Technician, Electronics, Engineering Technician, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to manage travel and reimbursements independently.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and medical terminology.
• Ability to perform maintenance using manufacturer manuals with minimal support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard technology tools (iPad, PC).
