Manufacturing Technician 1 (Medical Devices)

Salary: $20 - $27 per hour

What you will do

• Perform assembly and functional testing of sub-assemblies and final medical devices following documented specifications.
• Construct and test cables and program circuit boards.
• Maintain accurate paper and electronic quality and materials records.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following prescribed safety procedures and regulations.
• Execute preventive maintenance on equipment according to P.M. charts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kennewick, WA.
• Basic skills in hand soldering, wire crimping, and the use of electronic instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and PCB schematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google applications, and database systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a related field.
• 2 years of related education or professional experience.
• Experience with the assembly of complex electronic assemblies.
