What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose failures in mechanical, hardware, and software systems to minimize customer downtime.
• Respond to service calls and support customers with operational or maintenance issues.
• Manage parts inventory, tools, and test equipment.
• Train and develop less experienced field service technicians on-site.
• Prepare reports on product failure trends and serviceability issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Detroit, MI, US
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a field service environment.
• Proficiency in electromechanical troubleshooting and understanding of electronic principles.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, PCs, and networking.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for long hours.
